I love this shot  It means that there were a number of iPod+Nike sport kits sold over the  holidays, and that Americans are actually burning off some of their famous lard-asses.  Bon.

This morning was a humdinger, as they used to say.  I ran a 5k in 30 minutes flat, all thanks to the magic-meatloaf my Mrs. made for dinner last night.  There was no pain in the injured knee unlike yesterday, and I did the speed/distance with no issues whatsoever.  I hope this is the start of something better (like breaking through a wall) rather than a fluke!
